            <text>Betty J. Gooch, 94, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the Holzer Senior Care.  Betty was born on November 14, 1928 in Gallia County, Ohio, daughter of the late Willie C. and Mary J. Wells Fillinger.  Mary was a retired Ohio Bell telephone operator and enjoyed bowling.&#13;
&#13;
Betty is survived by special nieces, Shirley McDonald and Mary Berry and several nieces and nephews, and special friends, of the John Lloyd family,  Tom (Margie)  Lloyd, Kristi (Bob) Benjamin, and Missy (Stephen) Schwartz.  She was the last of twelve siblings.&#13;

The funeral service for Betty will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Willis Funeral Home, with Pastor Bob Hood officiating.  Her burial will follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Friends may call from noon until the time of the on Wednesday at the funeral prior to the service.</text>
