            <text>Jewell Norma Jean O'Neill, 90, of Scottown, Ohio was called home on Saturday, June 17, 2023 in Ironton, Ohio.  &#13;
&#13;
Born on March 13, 1933 in Lawrence County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd Thomas and Electa (Rossiter) O'Neill.  Norma Jean was a farmer, and she loved her dogs.&#13;
&#13;
Preceding her in death were her parents, as well as two brothers, Howard D. O'Neill and Myron W. O’Neill.  Norma Jean is survived by her closest relatives, Roger Dale Rossiter and Luree O’Neill (Dillard) Sanders and family, including her namesake, Catherine Jewell Sanders, as well as numerous other cousins.&#13;
&#13;
A Graveside Service for Norma Jean will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Lawrence Chapel Cemetery.</text>
