            <text>Deborah Lynn Carroll Gillenwater, 70, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023 in Marietta, Ohio at Marietta Memorial Hospital.  Deborah was born on December 7, 1952 in Gallia County, Ohio, daughter of the late Wade C. Carroll, Sr. and Phyllis A. Broyles Carroll.  &#13;

She had been married to James R. Gillenwater; and he preceded her in death in 2019.  Deborah was also preceded in death by two sons, Shannon M. Gillenwater and Jamie Gillenwater II and by a sister, Charlotte Fern Mullins.  Deborah is survived by two daughters, Danyana (Scott) Queen of Coolville, Ohio and Titia (Donald) Boling of Gallipolis; eleven grandchildren; many great grandchildren; one sister, Kimberly A. (John) Neville of Gallipolis; and two brothers, Wade C. "Butch" (Elise) Carroll, Jr. of Gallipolis and Ricky Allen (Christina) Carroll of Gallipolis; sister-in-law, Debbie Aker of Gallipolis; one Aunt,Garnet Hurlow of Columbus.&#13;
&#13;
A joint funeral service for Deborah and James will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 20, 2023 at Willis Funeral Home with Tonya Plantz officiating.  Her burial will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call on Thursday, July 20, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.  Pallbearers will be John Neville, Butch Carroll, Scottie Queen, David Mullins, Devin Fife, and Damien Fife; honorary pallbearer will be Breanna Neville.</text>
