            <text>Patricia A. James, 85, of Wellston, Ohio, formerly of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023 in Holzer Medical Center. She was born on December 6, 1937 in Wellston, Ohio, daughter of the late Howard and Florence Lloyd Johnson. Patricia was a retired supervisor with the Gallipolis Developmental Center.&#13;
&#13;
Patricia was married to Marlin F. James, and he preceded her in death in 2012. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Sickels and daughter-in-law, Ann Sickels; six brothers; and three sisters. She is survived by two daughters, Kathy (Tom) Helm of Wellston and Lisa (Donald) Hofstra of Seaford, Virginia; one son, Danny (Jodi) Sickels of Gallipolis; eight grandchildren, Jenni (Tommy) Tucker, Tomi (Erik) Scanlan, Leslie (Ray Carannante) Sickels, Cassidy and Adam Sickels, Kelsey (Jeremey) Tattrie, Kaitlyn Leach, and Kennedy Hofstra; nine great grandchildren, Luca and Nico Carannante, Allyson, Sophie, and Dylan Helm-Tucker, Camryn Tucker, Thomas Scanlan, and Brennan and Elin Tattrie; and a special niece, Jane (Bil) Zinn.&#13;

A Celebration of Patricia's Life will be held at the convenience of her family.</text>
