            <text>Michael R. Sanders, 67, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Abbyshire Place.  Mike was born on August 24, 1956 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Ona Ray Sanders and Luella Hughes Sanders who survives him.&#13;
&#13;
Mike was a truck driver, mechanic, and farmer who enjoyed his cows.  He was active in Masons, being the Master of Centreville Lodge #371.  Mike was a 1974 graduate of Gallia Academy High School.  He was married to Patricia Lockhart Sanders, and she preceded him in death in 2000.  Mike is survived by two daughters, Tiffany (Cliff) Riehm of Vinton and Danielle Sanders of Gallipolis; two step daughters, Christy Clagg of Gallipolis and Barbie (Brad) Thomas of Vinton; grandchildren, Brody Thomas, Allie Clagg, Bailey Cline, and Campbell, Wriggley, and Cannon Riehm; great grandchildren, Tatum and Kix; mother, Luella Sanders of Gallipolis; sister, Vera (John) Clark of Crown City; niece, Kari (Chad) Mayes and nephew, Jeremy Clark; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.&#13;
&#13;
The funeral service for Mike will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Benson officiating.  His burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens.  Friends may call on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.  A Masonic Service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.</text>
