            <text>Margaret Hively, 81, of Bidwell, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Holzer Senior Care.&#13;
&#13;
Born on October 28, 1941 in Gallia County, Ohio, Margaret was the daughter of the late Edward C. and Sallie Margaret Gardner Kirby. On December 31, 1961, Margaret married Walter E. Hively; he preceded her in death on January 4, 2019. Margaret retired from Housekeeping at Holzer Medical Center with 27 years of service. She was a member of Prospect Baptist Church. Margaret loved homemaking and being a grandma.&#13;
&#13;
Margaret is survived by two daughters, Judy (Robert) Caldwell of Vinton, Ohio and Linda (Jim) Thevenir of Bidwell, Ohio; one son, Carl (Regina) Hively of Gallipolis, Ohio; grandchildren, Sonya Fisher (Michael Warren), Justin (Holly) Wells, Ashley (Austin) Gaines, Amanda (Clara) Martin, Jamie (Susan) Thevenir, Brittany Thevenir (Richard Chapman), and Amy (Shawn) Donahue; twenty great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and one brother, Frank Kirby of Gallipolis.&#13;
In addition to her parents and husband Walter, Margaret was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward Lee Kirby and Melvin Kirby.&#13;
&#13;
The funeral service for Margaret will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Edward Mollohan officiating. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call prior to the service Sunday from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.</text>
