            <text>Robert C. “Catbird” Roush, 82, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.&#13;
&#13;
Born on December 15, 1940 in Columbus, Ohio, Bob was the son of the late Nick and Hazel Hart Roush.  Growing up in New Haven, West Virginia, Bob graduated from Wahama High School.  Bob married Paula Lynn Boldman Roush, who preceded him in death.  He retired from AEP and was a member of Faith Baptist Church.  Bob served in the U.S. Air Force and played on the Air Force basketball team.  He excelled in all sports, but he really enjoyed golfing.&#13;
&#13;
Bob is survived by his three sons, Nick (Donna) Roush of Birmingham, Alabama, Jeremy (Amber) Roush of Mogadore, Ohio, and Joseph (Lindsay) Roush of Gallipolis; grandchildren, Brianna Depew, Emily Warren, Chandler Elliott, Toni Roush, Josie Roush, Carson Roush, Nora Roush, and Caden Roush; and seven great grandchildren.&#13;

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Elliott and a brother, Roy Roush.  &#13;

The funeral service for Bob will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Lusher officiating. Friends and family may call prior to the service Saturday from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.  A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 17, 2023 in Rushtown Cemetery, Scioto County, Ohio.</text>
