            <text>Harry Edward “Eddie” Ray, 66, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Holzer Medical Center Emergency Room.&#13;
&#13;
Born on January 10, 1957 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, Eddie was the son of the late Harry F. and Dorothy Porter Ray.  He retired from Jefferson Industries in West Jefferson, Ohio.  Eddie served in the United States Marine Corps and was a member of VFW Post 4464.  He enjoyed fishing, bowling, and he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.&#13;
&#13;
Eddie is survived by his daughters, Beth Ray of Johnstown, Ohio and Heather (Allen) Bell of Johnstown; grandchildren, Miranda, Conner, Logan, and Brayden; brother, Richard “Spanky” Ray of Gallipolis; and nieces and nephews, Terry, Mikey, Bill, Cindy, and Shelly.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his parents, Eddie was preceded in death by his sister, Rosemary Hayman.&#13;
&#13;
The funeral service for Eddie will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Willis Funeral Home.  Friends and family may call prior to the service Thursday from 5:00-6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.</text>
