Born March 25, 1981 in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of Roger and Victoria Clagg Barker. She was preceded by her son; Isaiah Eugene Johnson. Nina was a loving wife, mother, and a friend to everyone and was always willing to help everyone. She enjoyed being with her family and loved her mountain dew. Nina was a STNA at Abbyshire Place and loved her work family. Nina is survived by her husband; Eugene Johnson III of Crown City, daughter; Shayla Faye Johnson of Crown City, father and mother; Roger and Victoria Clagg of South Point, brother; Derek (Samantha) Barker of Coal Grove, sister; Miranda (Bub Hamlin) Barker of South Point, Niece and Nephews; Eli Barker, Jonah Barker, Nicole Barker, B.J. Hamlin, and Roger (‘Peanut’) Hamlin; In-laws, Lisa Gale (Norman Brumfield) Francisco of Crown City and Eugene (Glenna) Johnson Jr. of Crown City. Nina is also survived by numerous other family members; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Saturday March 18, 2023 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Workman officiating. Burial will follow in the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 AM.-1:00 PM.
