            <text>Dolores Ruth Baker, age 91, departed this life on December 20, 2023. She was born December 21, 1931 in Harrison Township, Gallia County, Ohio, the firstborn of Mildred Marie Smeltzer Randolph and Elmer Earl Randolph. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Eugene Baker, whom she married on June 22, 1952, sisters; Joy Randolph Bayes Hurst, Linda Randolph Ward, and Esther Randolph; and by her brothers; Elmer Randolph, Tom Randolph, Ferrell Randolph, and Carl Randolph.&#13;
&#13;
Dolores is survived by her daughter, Debra Maria Baker Elliott, son-in-law Melvin (Doug) Elliott; grandchildren; Forrest (Maggie) Elliott, Emily Ruth Elliott, and Niles Carroll Elliott (Michaela Hall); great granddaughters; Ella Ruth, Gracie Jean, Lorelei Veda, and Freya Maria; sister; Janet (Larry) Randolph Rathburn; brothers; Roger (Joy) Randolph and Dale (Diana) Randolph; special sister-in-law, Anne (Clay) Baker; and by a special friend, Murray Willock, with whom she traveled the world.&#13;
&#13;
Dolores was a member of Eastern Star, Farm Bureau and was a charter member of Floral Friends Garden Club, in which she enjoyed giving presentations about wildflowers and birds.&#13;
&#13;
 Family and friends may call at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday December 23, 2023 Burial will follow at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens.</text>
