            <text>Mable Mae Halley, age 93 of Crown City, died Friday morning January 5, 2024 at the Twin Lakes Medical Center in Leichfield, KY. She was born June 10, 1930 in Gallia County, to the late Stanley E. Mooney and Viola Bush Mooney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Robert H. “Bob” Halley; son, Robert E. “Bobby” Halley; brothers, Clifford Mooney, Hollis Mooney, Dean Mooney and Harold Mooney; and by her sisters, Dorothy Hoffhines and Virginia K. “Katie” Montgomery.&#13;
&#13;
 She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Spurlock of Crown City; grandchildren, David Spurlock, John Spurlock, Rick (Niki) Spurlock and William Halley; and by her great grandchildren, Summer Spurlock, Savanna Spurlock and Nathan Spurlock along with a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.&#13;
&#13;
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM. Thursday January 11, 2024 at the Victory Baptist Church with Pastor Troy Delaney officiating. Burial will follow in the Victory Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 PM. till 8 PM.</text>
