            <text>Clarence James Taylor Sr., 81, of Bidwell, passed away, at 11:55 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at his home surrounded by family. He was born July 24, 1941, in Gallia County, Ohio, he was the son of the late Russel D. and Wanda N. (Holston) Taylor. He was a retired heavy equipment operator.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his children, Jimmy (Kathleen) Taylor, of Proctorville, and Teri (Randy) Knollenberg, of Oklahoma, three step-children, Andrea Halley, of Proctorville, Greta (Donald) Plants, of Bidwell, Paul (Connie) Barthelmas, of Coolville, Ohio. He was a loving father figure to Jason Jones, of Belmont, Karen Gonzales, of Michigan, Mario Gonzales, of Fairfield, Carrie (Darrin) Nash, of Utah, James Jimenez, of Michigan, and Paul Jimenez, of Columbus. Also surviving is his brother, Jessie (Betty Jo) Taylor, of Gallipolis, four sisters, Jane (John) Gilbert, of Huntington, WV., Naomi (Gary) Bryan, of Crown City, Pam (Roger) Cordrey, of Galion, Debra (Dave) Carpenter, of Cadmus, a sister-in-law, Jane Taylor, of Gallipolis, a host of grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded by his beloved wife, Judy G. Alberts Taylor on July 20, 2012, two brothers, Russell L. Taylor, and John R. Taylor, three sisters, Jeanie Gillispie, and Jacqueline Cordrey, and Edna Joyce Taylor.</text>
