            <text>Marshall William McCorkle, 79, Gallipolis, passed away at 10:53 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2023 in the Holzer Medical Center. Born August 16, 1943 in Bellaire, Ohio he was the son of the late Marshall Roscoe and Katherine Crozier McCorkle. He was a 1968 graduate of the Ohio State University earning a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Engineering. He was an Industrial Engineer for the Federal Moguel Corporation and was a member of the Machine Operators, Assemblers and Inspectors Association. Marshall later retired from the John Sang Ford dealership as a sales representative, He is survived by two daughters, Hattie Rossiter, of Bidwell and Brandy (David) Wilson, of Bidwell, his son, Marshall Brandt McCorkle, of Dundalk, Maryland, two granddaughters, Hannah Williams, of Gallipolis and Shania (Nathan( Ward, of Chillicothe, Ohio and several great grandchildren. Also surviving is his sister, Marsha (Junior) Jackson, of Bellaire, Ohio and his brother, Randy McCorkle, of Bellaire, Ohio. In addition to his mother and father he was also preceded in death by a sister, Gloria Palmer and a brother, Edward Lee McCorkle. There are no calling hours or funeral service. Private entombment will be in the Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, Ohio. Services are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis.</text>
