            <text>Roy L. Frazier, Sr., 79, Crown City,  passed away, at 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at his residence. Born June 9, 1943, in Inez, Kentucky, he was the son of the late John and Grace Allen Frazier. He was a retired owner operator of the Frazier Garbage Service.&#13;
&#13;
He Is survived by his wife, Nancy J. Sherritt Frazier, sons, Roy L. (Deborah) Frazier, JR., of Gallipolis, and James William (Annette) Frazier, of East Detroit, Michigan, and numerous nieces and nephews.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, and four sisters.&#13;
&#13;
In keeping with Roy’s request there are no calling hours or funeral services. The Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis, is entrusted with the arrangements.</text>
