            <text>Hazel Ruth Freeman, 93, of Cheshire, Ohio passed away Monday, January 22, 2024 in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. Born December 24, 1930 in New Cumberland, West Virginia, Hazel was the daughter of the late John Arthur and Virginia (Godwin) Clark. She married Robert J. Freeman May 6, 1949 in Inez, Kentucky, and he preceded her in death July 16, 2015. She was a clerk at Fruth Pharmacy of Pomeroy,  who enjoyed sewing and took pride in her work as a homemaker and enjoyed family time.&#13;
&#13;
Hazel will be greatly missed by her children: Robert C. (Nancy) Freeman, Pomeroy, Ohio and Marguerite Freeman, Cheshire, Ohio; grandchildren: Robyn (Chad) Slone, Crown City, Ohio; Kelly (Jake) Allen, Coolville, Ohio; Andrea (Jerry) Stephens, Baltimore, Maryland and great-grandchildren: Aggie, Cord and Coal Slone, Chan Wilkinson and Madelynn Mae Allen.&#13;

In addition to her parents and husband, Hazel was preceded by son, David A. Freeman and great-grandson, Sawyer Slone.&#13;
&#13;
Private Interment will be held in the Gravel Hill Cemetery, Cheshire, Ohio at the convenience of the family.</text>
