            <text>Rudolph T. Riffle, 90, of Middleport, passed away, at 12:15 p.m. on Monday, October 9, 2023 in the Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. Born May 2, 1933, in Antiquity, to the late Floyd Owen and Lela Cook Riffle. He was a retired Headlocksman for the US Corp of Engineers. He was a United States Army Korean War veteran, and he was a life member of the Mason V.F.W.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his daughters, Candy Burke, of Norwood, North Carolina, Alice (Atlas) Finn, Middleport, and Kimberly Riffle, of Middleport, a son, Danny (Lisa) Riffle, of Kendallville, Indiana, three grandchildren, Brandon Riffle, Erica Kauffman, Chelsea Burke, great-granddaughters, Bailey Riffle, Quincey Riffle, Karlee Kauffman, Addelyn Kauffman, a brother, Dale Riffle, of Floridia and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Erma J. Hall Riffle, daughters, Donna Riffle, and Jennifer Riffle, a son, Kenneth Riffle, a son-in-law, Mark Burke, brothers, Don, Daniel, Joey, Frank, Jim Riffle, sisters, Dorotha Riffle, and Sara Spangler.&#13;
&#13;
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2023 in the Chapel at the Letart Falls Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the Mason V.F.W. Post 9926. Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the chapel.</text>
