Born June 5, 1950 in Hartford, WV, he was the son of the late Charles Lindy and Billia Louise Kearns. Charles was a US Army Veteran, s member of the Pomeroy American Legion Post 39. And retired from Krogers after 20 years. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Gerri Rought Miller; one granddaughter, Lili-Ann (Freddy) Hill; 4 great grandchildren and his father-in-law Gerald E.
