Vickie was born August 14, 1955, at Point Pleasant, WV to the late Jesse Jay Donohue and Anna Mae "Lucas" Donohue. She worked at Overbrook Rehabilitation Center, Middleport, OH as a registered nurse. She loved working in her flower gardens and caring for her yard and home. Vickie is survived by three brothers Scott, Tim amd Danny, two sisters Joyce and Connie, special friends Sharon and George, nieces and nephews. Vickie was preceded by her husband Cecil Dwight Frye in 2001. Graveside services are Friday, May 24, 2024 at 9:30 am at Bradford Cemetery, Pomeroy, OH.
