Born August 22, 1962 at Gallipolis. OH to the late Robert Francis and Glenna Joan "Judy" Lambert Snowden. Todd worked as a heavy equipment operator and laborer in construction. A member Rutland Vol. Fire Dept., for 30 years, EMT with Rutland Squad, 18 years, member Rutland Church Of Christ, an Army veteran, enjoyed bowling, golfing, fishing and hunting. Todd is survived three children Joseph Britton, Brandon (Mandy) Goble and Breanna (Ralph) Caldwell, 4 siblings Robert Lee "Bobby" Snowden, Judith (Jim) Hill, Rosemary Eskew, and Lorri (Craig) Lightle, 11 grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents, infant brother Timothy Snowden and nephew Nathan Eskew. Services are Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 2 pm at Birchfield Funeral Home, Rutland, OH.
