Jane was born at Wheeling Hospital, the daughter of Charles and Kate Jones. She was raised on the family Dairy farm, located in the small community of Sand Hill, in Marshall County. Jane always talked about riding the work horses while her father and grandfather used them on the farm. She had a great love for horses and enjoyed showing them. Jane won several various awards and championships showing her horses. She also enjoyed baking, flower gardening, watching westerns, and spending time with her family. Jane was a bus driver for the Jackson County school system for approximately 30 years. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family.

There will be a private graveside service for family at the Independence Cemetery.
