Dale was survived by his daughters, Ashely Crihfield of Ripley, WV and Rebekah Rodenberg of Michigan; sisters, Vera Knotts of Ravenswood, WV and Joyce Garnes of Evans, WV; brother, Thomas Parsons of Mason, WV; 13 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and the love of his life, Lemmel Hackney. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the Ravenswood Riverfront Park.
