In addition to his wife Barbara, he is survived by his sons, Jerry (Jacqueline) Fields Jr., and Terry (Jodi) Fields, granddaughters Ashley (Cody) Smith and Madison Fields, grandsons Chris Fields and Tyler Fields, great-granddaughter Lilly Smith and great-grandson, Jackson Smith. He is also survived by a sister Patricia Fields and brothers Joseph R. Fields and Jeffrey Fields and sister in laws Janice Nolan and Joetta Eskew along with several nieces and nephews.
