<text>Ann Marie Spafford died peacefully and went to her eternal resting place on Friday, March 22, 2024 at Rockland Ridge Nursing Facility. She was born December 30, 1928 and baptized February 13, 1929. She was a faithful wife to William Spafford and a good mother of five children; Terra, Christine, Lori, Mary and Dan.

She is survived by Dan, Lori, Terra and Christine (Roger) and her grandchildren George, Jacob, Stephanie and Charlie along with many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, all her siblings, her daughter Mary and her faithful husband William.

She was an expert craftsman in many sewing disciplines, even making altar cloths for church and pastoral stoles. She sang in her church's choir and volunteered in many other ways. She loved to garden, especially roses, poppies and wildflowers. She cooked, cleaned and sewed clothes for her children. She and Bill faithfully took their children to St. Patrick's of Heatherdowns every Sunday. They provided creative avenues for their children to learn music, art and a love for nature. Though she could not converse at the end, she always had incredible smiles for everyone. As Jesus said to the believing sinner, "Today you will be with me in paradise.
