            <text>Evelyn Mae Dent 87 of Middleport, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at The Ohio State University.   She was born on November 30, 1936 to Wayne and Clara (Mowery) Jarvis.   She was baptized Gallipolis Christian Church with her husband and son. &#13;
&#13;
   She is survived by her children, Roger Dent (Lynnetta Dean), Vicky Dent, Mike (Jess) Dent and Wayne (Juanita) Dent; 10 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. &#13;
&#13;
   She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Winfred Dent; grandson, Rylan; siblings, Beatrice Clark, Roy Jarvis, Jack Jarvis and Betty Wheaton. &#13;
&#13;
   Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy with Bill McQuaid officiating.   Burial will Follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery.  Visitation for family and friends will be held two hours prior to the service (11-1:00pm). </text>
