            <text>William "Tom" Thomas Soulsby Jr, 71 of Pomeroy, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at the Holzer Hospital in Gallipolis.   He was born on Friday, September 4, 1953 in Pomeroy, Ohio to the late William Thomas and June Rose (Kanode) Soulsby.   Tom worked and retired after 37 years from the AEP Gavin plant as an electrician.   He attended the New Hope Nazarene Church in Middleport.  Tom also loved to Hunt and spend time with his family.  &#13;

He is survived by his wife of 45 years Belinda Soulsby; Sons, Bill (Nikki) Soulsby and Brad (Michelle) Soulsby; grandchildren, Riley and Sadie Soulsby and Braxton and Baker Soulsby; niece, Billie Jo Welsh.&#13;

He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Karolyn Welsh. &#13;
&#13;
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 7:00pm at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service (5-7:00pm). </text>
