            <text>Suzanne Kathleen (Zader) Adkins, 79, of Rutland, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024 surrounded by her family.  She was born on April 7, 1945, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin daughter of the late Jack and Esther Zader.&#13;

She was active member at Victory Baptist Church where she served as church secretary for many years.  She also taught Sunday School and Junior Church in previous years.  Suzie enjoyed  sewing, crafting and she was a skilled baker.&#13;

She is survived by her children, Carrie Schwartz and George &amp; Missy Adkins Jr.; grandchildren, Zachary &amp; Trish Kisner, Dusty &amp; Kayla Adkins, Lucinda Dent, Suzanne Stanley and Dana &amp; Gwen Halfhill; great grandchildren, Zackenzi, Brooklyn, Cason, Brady, Emma, and Raymond; sisters, Tina &amp; Doug Washnesky and Denise &amp; Richard Bednarski; and many other relatives and friends.&#13;

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George “Raymond” Adkins, Sr.; her daughter, Connie Kohl, sisters; Hilda Hayes, Dorothy Hespe, Sandy Kasper, Shirley Krupo, Beverly Frister and brothers Jack and Robert Zader.&#13;

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 12:00pm with Pastor James Keesee officiating at Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy, Ohio.  Burial will follow at Rocksprings Cemetery.  Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the funeral home.</text>
