            <text>Marlene C. Wheeler, 89, of Cheshire, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at her residence.  Marlene was born on October 2, 1935 in Wheeling, West Virginia, daughter of the late Charles Kuehnert and Carrie Daubert.  She had been employed at Gallipolis Developmental Center and Robbins and Myers; she had also worked in home health.  Marlene was a member of Sand Hill Church of Christ in Point Pleasant, West Virginia.  She enjoyed reading books, crocheting, singing, and watching mystery television shows.  &#13;

Marlene was married to Kenneth R. Wheeler, and he preceded her in death in 2018.  She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Thompson in 2001 and a brother, Carl Kuehnert. Marlene is survived by children, Robert R. (Christine) Johnson of Marion, Ohio, Randall (Rebecca) Johnson of Patriot, Ohio, and Tammy (Bill) Burns of Vinton, Ohio; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.&#13;

A Graveside Service for Marlene will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 28, 2024 at Addison Reynolds Cemetery.&#13;
