            <text>Peggy L. Johnson, 79, of Crown City, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at her residence.&#13;
&#13;
Born on January 21, 1945 in Gallia County, Ohio, Peggy was the daughter of the late Harry D. and Mary Beaver Myers.  Peggy married Maxwell E. Johnson, who preceded her in death on November 30, 2008.  She graduated from Southwestern High School and retired as a teller with US Bank.&#13;
&#13;
Peggy is survived by her son, Jeffrey E. (Jody) Johnson of Patriot, Ohio; granddaughter, Chelsea (Brady) Nolan of Patriot; and great granddaughter, Addison Nolan of Patriot.  In addition to her parents and her husband Maxwell, Peggy was preceded in death by her sisters, Darlene Cremeens and Linda Williams and brother, Ronald H. Myers. &#13;
&#13;
The funeral service for Peggy will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024 at Providence Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Troy Delaney officiating.  Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery.  Friends and family may call prior to the service from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the church. </text>
