            <text>David L. Lilly, 84, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at Arbors at Gallipolis.  Born on June 9, 1940 in Gallipolis, Ohio, David was the son of the late John and Irene Betz Lilly.  David married Shirley Needles Lilly, who survives him in Gallipolis.  He is also survived by a brother, Jerry Lilly.&#13;

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his son, David L. Lilly II on July 31, 2021.  &#13;

The funeral service for David will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2024 at Willis Funeral Home.  Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Hope Mausoleum at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens.  Friends and family may call prior to the service from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home</text>
