Charlene had worked as an office manager at a Ford dealership in Pampa, Texas. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Gallipolis, Ohio. Charlene is survived by her daughter, Kim (Dennis) Smith; grandsons, Joshua (Maggie) Smith and Jeffrey (Alicia) Smith; and four great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Charlene was preceded in death by two brothers. A Graveside Service will be held for Charlene at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2024 in Pine Street Cemetery with Pastor Marc Sarrett officiating.
