            <text>Virginia C. “Jenny” Halley, 82, of Wellston, Ohio, formerly of Gallia County, Ohio, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Buckeye Forest at Jackson in Jackson, Ohio.&#13;
&#13;
Born on December 6, 1941 in Gallia County, Ohio, Jenny was the daughter of the late Edward K. and Ada Darnell Fry.  She had worked as an LPN at Gallipolis Developmental Center (GDC).  &#13;
&#13;
Jenny is survived by her sons, Yancy (Linda) Halley, Sr. of Wellston, Paul Halley of Gallipolis, and Karl (Paula) Halley of Darlington, South Carolina; six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one brother, Kenny Fry of Rio Grande, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.  &#13;
&#13;
In addition to her parents, Jenny was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Halley in 1994; two sons, Harold Halley and Howard Halley; and a sister, Martha Patterson in 2016.&#13;

According to Jenny’s wishes, no public services are being planned at this time.</text>
