Hicks III of Patriot and Jacob Hicks of Gallipolis and two daughters, Jillian Kennedy of Gallipolis and Tonya Carpenter of Jackson, Ohio; stepchildren, Jessica Adkins, Chasity Price, Janessa Simpkins, and Michael Lambert; five siblings, Betty Oliver, Linda Boggs, Teresa Roberts, David Collins, and Charles Collins; adopted sister, Kayla Murray; her companion, Joseph David Simpkins; and eighteen grandchildren. In accordance with her wishes, Sue will be cremated; her family will be planning a memorial at a later date with arrangements to be announced.
