<text>Lori Ann Hammond, 56, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at her home. She was born on November 12, 1967 in Gallipolis, OH to James A. Hammond Jr. and Faye Y. Hammond who preceded her in death.

Lori is survived by her children, Edward James Hammond of Aurora, CO and Jonathan Henry Bollweg and Lecia Dawn Leasure of Chester, OH. She is also survived by her sisters Teresa Kozan (Jon) of Castle Pines, CO and Robin Birney of Bradenton, FL.

To Lori, her children were everything- her constant motivation, her greatest accomplishment, and her truest joy. She had a deep love for animals (especially wolves and cats) and always found herself helping animals in need. She also loved her coworkers and residents at the Arbors at Pomeroy, where she worked as an LPN.

Her family and friends will carry her love in their hearts and will miss her deeply, holding her memory close forever.</text>
