            <text>JoAnn Harbour, 97, originally from Mason, WV, passed away peacefully on May 30,2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She was born November 23, 1927, the daughter of the late Bill and Matilda (McDermitt) Noble. JoAnn was a devoted wife to the late Stanley Harbour, a mother, a grandmother, and a great-grandmother.&#13;

JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her three brothers: Jim (Dottie) Noble, Dick (Hilda) Noble, Steve (Vera) Noble. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
She is survived by her children, Dannie (Dianna) Harbour, Connie Harbour and Michael Harbour, her grandchildren Wendy (Jerry) Mullins, Mike (Bobbie) Harbour, Mitch (Jessica) Harbour, Jon Keith (Debbra) Karschnik, Joe (Anita) Karschnik, Jeff (Kristy) Harbour, and Nick (Judith) Harbour, and thirteen great-grandchildren: Olivia VanDerKool, Aurora Mullns, Garrett, Ryan, and Emma Harbour, Jonah Karschnik, Cameron Karschnik, Cassie Harbour, Kathryn Varney, Maddie and Zack Noble, and Susannah and Elizabeth Harbour; two greatgreat- grandchildren, Carolyn Varney and Jaylyn VanDerKool. Her loving family includes nieces Sally (Noble) Elmer, Martha Noble, Sue Allen, Violet Henry, and Judy Straight.&#13;

JoAnn loved square dancing, travelling in her Airstream, and being a part of The Airstream Travel Club. For over twenty years, she worked as a dedicated hairdresser in Mason, WV, bringing joy and style to her clients.&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
A graveside service will be announced at a later date at Suncrest Cemetery to celebrate JoAnn's life and to bid her a final farewell. Friends and family are invited to come together to share memories and offer support to one another at this difficult time.</text>
