            <text>Louetta Jane Ratliff, 82, of Vinton, Ohio, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025 at Holzer Medical Center.  Louetta was born on March 23, 1942 in Fayetteville, West Virginia, daughter of the late Emmett and Hazel Canterbury Ferrell.&#13;
&#13;
Louetta was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.  She enjoyed mowing her grass.  Louetta is survived by two daughters, Sandra Aldana of Mt. Airy, North Carolina and Carletta (Charles) Zalesny of Elkin, North Carolina; stepdaughter, Peggy (Roger) Shadwick of Vinton, Ohio; grandchildren, Andrew J. Jackson of Vinton, Erika (Rick) Dellinger of Stuart, Virginia, Charles (Wendy) Guy II of Mt. Airy, Rebecca (Brian) Martin of Mt. Airy, Obadiah (Brandie) Guy of Mt. Pilot, North Carolina, Aaron (Maggie) Guy of Asheville, North Carolina, Nathaniel (Brittany) Guy of Chicago, Illinois, and Danielle Siders of Gallipolis; several great grandchildren; two great great granchildren; and two brothers, Ray Ferrell of Belpre, Ohio and Charles Ferrell of Gallipolis.  In addition to her parents, Louetta was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Ratliff; a granddaughter, Pam Ratliff; her partner, Gratho Ward; and several siblings.&#13;

In accordance with Louetta's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.</text>
