            <text>Harold Lee Heugel, age 81, of Bidwell, Ohio, went to be with our Lord and Savior, Wednesday, March 5, 2025, while in Arbors Nursing Home.  Harold was born March 5, 1944 in Henlawson, West Virginia, son of Robert Elwood Heugel and Regina Ellen (Claypool) Heugel.&#13;
&#13;
Harold is survived by his daughter, Cathy (Brad) Bryant of Gallipolis; two sisters, Roberta Ann Cornell of Plano, Texas and Nina “Baby Sis” Brumfield of Fort Myers, Florida; three grandchildren – Jovi Flint of Bidwell, Linsey Stover (Ethan Adams) of Gallipolis, and Hailee Bryant of Milton, West Virginia; three great grandchildren, Ariya, Easton, and Everly Adams of Gallipolis; former spouse, Mary Sue Wolfe of Bidwell; two stepdaughters – Ellen Rainey of Bidwell and Cindy (Steve) Little of Ashland, Kentucky, as well as many extended family members and close cousin, Roger Bell.&#13;
&#13;
There is also his lifelong friend of 65 years, Walt Hayes, in addition to Everett Watterson, Bill Thomas, and Ronnie Thalen.&#13;
&#13;
Harold was a graduate of the Class of 1963 Gallia Academy High School.  He was a member of Boilermakers Local 667 in Charleston, West Virginia.  He also was a previous member of Rodney Pike Church of God.   In retirement, he always enjoyed working on his woodworking projects and spending time with his pet bird “Corky” sharing Corky with his family.&#13;
&#13;
The family would like to express sincere gratitude to the staff at Arbors Nursing Home for the compassionate and dedicated care they provided to Harold during his time there.&#13;
&#13;
“He will wipe every tear from their eyes.  There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”  Revelation 21:4&#13;
&#13;
In accordance with his wishes, no services are to be held. Cremation services are under the direction of the Willis Funeral Home, Gallipolis, Ohio.</text>
