            <text>Regina G. Flanagan, 64, formerly of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.&#13;
&#13;
Born on June 23, 1960 in Gallipolis, Ohio, Regina was the daughter of Clyde E. and Evelyn Rhodes Clark.  Regina was a graduate of Gallia Academy High School Class of 1978.  She served eight years in the US Air Force, earning the rank of SSGT.  After her military service, Regina became certified in Child Day Care Services.&#13;
&#13;
Regina is survived by her daughter, Amanda Weaver of Biloxi, Mississippi; sister, Patricia Clark of Gallipolis; and niece, Devan Gillispie of Vinton, Ohio.  Regina was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Clark on March 26, 2001 and Evelyn Clark on September 21, 2024; brother, Clyde Clark, Jr.; and two sisters, Kathy Sheets on June 5, 2022 and Maggie Clark on May 10, 2024.&#13;

A Graveside Service for Regina will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Addison Reynolds Cemetery with Pastor Harold Benson officiating.</text>
