&#13;
She was the wife of the late John V. Bogard Jr who passed away in 2014.&#13;
&#13;
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Doris Black, husband, John V. Bogard, older sister Dorothy of Halifax UK,&#13;
&#13;
Barbara has one cousin in Sicily, Nina Rizzo and one cousin in England Roger.&#13;
&#13;
Barbara left England for America at 19 years old, she had some culinary arts training in England, she worked as a nanny, librarian, and at the tax office at the West Virginia Capitol before moving to Meigs County taking duties as a house wife.&#13;
&#13;
She is also a member of the Living Church of God and is waiting for Gods Kingdom.</text>
