Cleland Jr. of Racine, Ohio and Kathleen M. Roush of New Haven, West Virginia. Chase served in the United States Marine Corp from 1994-1998. He is preceded in death by his father. Chase is survived by his mother Kathy, Kristen Cleland, brothers: Hank (Jennifer), Trenton (Meghan), and Cass (Stephanie) Cleland, and daughters: Sierra (Michael) MacKnight and Phoenix Cleland (Trey McNickle), as well as several nieces and nephews. Chase loved to have a good time and would not want people to be saddened by his passing. There will be no funeral services and the family will have a celebration in his honor to be announced at a later date.
