Mark was born on December 6, 1958 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Robert Vance and Lucille Yvonne McKean Haggerty. Mark was a self-employed tradesman; he enjoyed training and raising race horses and was an avid hunter which he loved doing with his dogs. Mark was a graduate of Meigs High School and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Arts from Ohio University. He is survived by two daughters, Erin (Kevin) Holzapfel of Wellston, Ohio and Shauna (Ryan) Chapman of Racine, Ohio; four grandchildren, Kenedie Russ, Addisyn Ramsburg, Reese Denney, and Brooks Chapman; two brothers, Richard Haggerty (Judy) and Chip (Terry) Haggerty both of Gallipolis; and several nieces and nephews.
