couple from Crown City.
Patty and Willard "Bill,.
Frye were last seen iii the
East Lyrui area of Wayne
County, W.Va., on March
14. They were ·traveling ·in
a dark blue Ford Focus
with Ohio registration
DEZ-5765.
Patty. 72, is approximately 5-foot-4-ioches and 145
pounds. She has brown.

Willard. 76, is bald with

over. Patty has been diagnosed with dementia and

Both programs require the
village to institute programs
and safety measures. which
are already in place. lf the

and qualify for the group

Meigs County is now in a
group rating program .

third-party

The workers compensation savings were discussed
as part of a larger conversation about money savings

miuate. In addition to the

expects to save around

viUage's income tax off'~ee to
a state agency. the Regional
IncOme Tax Administration.
The village has also begun

bank deposits. According to

authority to move invested
funds among accounts has
