proposals to attract a plant to
test a new wa~ to produce
nuclear fuel, offtcials with the
company planning the facility

USEC Inc. has pledged to
build a plant b~ 20 J0 that will
use new centrifuge technola·
gy to process uranium into
nuclear fuel for use at commercial power plants. The test
plant being bid on by the two
