Rebecca Ellen Middleton, 74, of Ripley, WV, went home with her Lord and Savior peacefully on September 11, 2023.
Rebecca was born on August 6, 1949 in Red House, WV to Clarence Arley Kersey and Betty Madeline Kersey. After graduating, from Ravenswood High School in 1967, she pursued a career as a truck driver. She was a devoted member of Calvary Baptist Church in Ravenswood, WV. The two things she loved the most in this world were her family and her relationship with Jesus. You could find her at any moment reading her bible.
Rebecca is survived by her four children, Michelle Keene, Teresa Elkins, David (Teresa) Keene, Chris (Beth) Middleton, nine grandchildren, John Robert, Kayla, Dustin, Tyler, Danielle, Josie, Carissa, Christopher, Cole, five great grandchildren, Levi, Kalissa, Kason, Jasmin, Scott, two brothers, John (Barbara) Kersey, Randy (Terrie) Kersey, and her sister, Gerry (Keith) Leachman.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Tommy, brother, Kenneth Kersey, granddaughter, Kasey McClanahan, great niece, Samantha Buckland, sister-in-law, Judy Whited, brother-in-law, Ronnie Kimes, and her nephew Mark Kersey.
A celebration of life memorial service will be announced at a later date.
