, 81, of Chillicothe, passed away at 5:11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at her residence. Born August 13, 1941, in Mason, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Zelda Rollins. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Life Church of Christ in Christian Union, in Richmond Dale, Ohio.
She is survived by her daughters, Becky Barr, of Charleston, West Virginia, Kendi (Bill) Morris, of Gallipolis, sons, Tom (Caralee) Barr, and Tim (Linda) Barr, both of Chillicothe, grandchildren, Rachel (Aaron) Parsons, Will (Allyson) Morris, Evergreen (Fiancé Zach Boles) Gore, Emmy Gore, Lilly Barr, Andrew Barr, T.J. Barr, and Cole Barr, great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Clara Belle, special companion, Mittens, the great caregivers and thank you to Adena Hospice Care.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. Barr, on October 9, 2015, a son, Kevin L. Barr on October 20, 2005, and a son-in-law, Dr. Timothy J. Gore, on February 14, 2005.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2022, in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis. Rev. Dave Stulley will be officiating, and interment will follow in the Morgan Center Cemetery. Friends may call an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the New Life Church of Christ in Christian Union, Richmond Dale, Ohio, or the Parkinson's Foundation.
