Ann Marie Kaminski Caldwell, 68, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022, in the Holzer Medical Center. She was born October 4, 1954, in Kent, Ohio to the late Alfred A. and Norma J. (Herrick) Kaminski. Loving mother of Erin Michelle, of Columbus, Colleen (Michael) McComas, of Pritchard, West Virginia, and Brian (Brandy) Caldwell, of Ashland, Ohio, and a loving Mimi of Ava Ann and Zoey Mae. She met her husband, John R. Caldwell (a.k.a. Fish) at Kent State University where she majored in deaf and hearing impairment and were wed on September 4, 1976, in Maple Heights, Ohio. Ann was the eldest sibling of Marybeth (John) Laurita; Mark (Caroline) Kaminski; Steven (Susan) Kaminski; Joanne Kaminski; Donna (Joseph) Londrico; John (Jennifer) Kaminski. Graduate from Kent State University 1976 and was a retired Interventional Specialist at Gallia Academy High School.
Per Ava and Zoey, Ann was a sweet grandma who gives the best hugs; she is a great cheerleader when I was at soccer; enjoyed watching the rockets with me also enjoyed seeing the manatees. Mimi likes Ava Ann and Zoey Mae.
No funeral services will be held, as this was Ann’s wish. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ann’s memory may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research www.michaeljfox.org. The Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis, is entrusted with the Ann’s arrangements.
