Mark Combs, 59, of Racine, passed away, at 5:34 p.m. on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at his residence. Born September 28, 1961 in Pickaway County he was the son of the late Chester and Hazel Baker Combs. He was a retired furniture maker.
He is survived by his daughter Megan (Chris) Stewart, of Racine, a granddaughter, Ellie Stewart. Brothers, Terry (Beth) Combs, of Jackson, Oh., Sam Combs, of Chester, Matt (Mandy) Combs, of Pomeroy, sisters, Debbie (Rob) Cleek, of Pomeroy, and Darla (Doug) Swan, of Mason, W.V., numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Vickie Combs whom he married on January 31, 1984 and preceded him on October 2, 2018, and his mother-in-law, Shirley Schultz.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on March 4, 2021 in the Letart Falls Cemetery with Pastor Keith White officiating and interment will follow. The Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine is entrusted with the arrangements.
