Helen Louise Icenhower, 78, of Pomeroy, passed away, at 8:50 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2019 in the Overbrook Rehabilitation Center, Middleport. Born June 7, 1940, in Pomeroy, she was the daughter of the late Clay and Thelma Tracy Eblin. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughters, Sharon (Mike) Gaffney, of Lecanto, Fl., and Mary Crow, of Racine, sons, Clifford Richard Icenhower, of Fort Pierce, Fl., and Scott Icenhower, of Langsville, grandchildren, Carly Crow, Dwight (Vicky) Icenhower, Kayla (Dusty) Adkins, Brittney (Jeremy) Carter, Jessi Icenhower, and Danielle Icenhower, great-grandchildren, Jobe Carter, Cason Adkins, Brooklyn Adkins, Kayden Icenhower, Legend Icenhower, Trenton Icenhower, and Taylor Icenhower. A sister, Betty Triplett, of Pomeroy, numerous nieces and nephews, and many special friends who she loved like family and they provided excellent care to at the Overbook Center also survive.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Icenhower, sons, Donald and Ricky Icenhower, a son-in-law, David Crow, and a brother, Dick Eblin.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy. Interment will follow in Rocksprings Cemetery. Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
