William Ray Flowers, 63, of Pioneer Trail, Patriot, passed away at 11:35 P.M. Friday, October 26, 2018, in the Overbrook Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Middleport. Born November 13, 1954 in Kentucky he was the son of Gladys Ruth Toney Flowers, of Patriot, and the late Ray Simeon "Sonny" Flowers. He was retired from Bellisio Foods, Jackson, Ohio.
In addition to his mother, Gladys Ruth Flowers, he is survived by his niece, Angie (Nathan) Nottingham, of Chapin, South Carolina, a great-niece, Kinsley Nottingham, and great-nephews, Blake Nottingham, Landon Nottingham and Braylon Nottingham.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother, John Allen Flowers, on June 2, 1995.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 30, 2018, in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis. Officiating will be Pastor Philip Taylor. Interment will follow on the family plot in the Calvary Baptist Cemetery in Rio Grande. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
