William “Bill” Thomas Dillard, 48, of Scottown, passed away, on Thursday, September 27, 2018 in the Holzer Medical Center, Emergency Department. Born September 10, 1970, in Huntington, West Virginia he was the son of the Late William Lee Dillard and Kathi (Don) Charlton Bowen, who survives in Scottown. He was a carpenter.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Angelina “Angie” Samour Dillard, daughters, Ashley McGuire Jodon, of Mason, W.v., and Winter Dillard, of Scottown, and a grandson, Karmon Jodon, A brother, Bryan Dillard, of Scottown, grandmother Joann Bowen, of Scottown, and special friends, Rumsey and Linda Oates also survive.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his grandfather, Willard Bowen, Uncles, Denney Charlton, and John Bowen, and mother-in-law, Barbara Jean Samour.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis. Friends may call from 11:30 -1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
