Gloria A. "Jackie" Wagner, 92, Racine, passed away at 10:25 P.M. Wednesday, September 5, 2018, in the Overbrook Rehabilitation Center in Middleport. Born October 24, 1925 in Gallia County, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Francis and Rhoda Gothard Worthington. She was a homemaker and a member of the Racine United Methodist Church.
She married Edward Julian Wagner on January 2, 1946 in Pomeroy and he preceded her in death in April, 1994.
Jackie is survived by her three sons, Stephen (Teresa) Wagner, of Jonesboro, Georgia, Huck (Sherry) Wagner, of Racine and Ronnie (Nancy) Wagner, of Racine, grandchildren, Maria Zavala, Mariano (Christi) Wagner, Beatriz (Bill) Sims, Gloria (Matthew) Gilfford, Amy (Frank) Blake, Eric (Kelly) Wagner and Ronnie Wagner. Also surviving are 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Faye Elder, Mabel Frazier, Beryl Rowley and Jean Cecil.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 8, 2018 in the Chapel at the Letart Falls Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Larry Fisher. Interment to follow in the Letart Falls Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Jackie's arrangements are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine.
